FlexiSurvey is generally available and the web platform is in active production use today. The native mobile apps are in beta, and a few advanced modules (MEAL, CFM, design-based inference and AI narratives) are gated to specific plans rather than being early access, the plan comparison above shows what is included where.
The native iOS and Android field-collection apps are currently in beta. Everything else listed on this page is generally available; availability by plan is shown in the comparison table.
The 14-day trial runs on the Starter plan, which includes the full analysis core: all question types, advanced logic, the analytics suite with AI insights, statistical tests and exports. Field operations, MEAL, CFM and design-based inference belong to higher tiers, tell us during the trial and we can arrange a guided evaluation of those modules.
If you do not subscribe, the account moves to an expired state and surveys stop collecting. Your data is retained for a grace period so you can export it or subscribe to resume, nothing is deleted the moment the trial ends.
Limits count completed survey submissions per calendar month. Partial or abandoned responses do not count, and the counter resets each month. It is a monthly throughput limit, not a cap on how many responses you can store.
Plan pricing covers the platform and the AI insights and narratives included within the plan limits shown above. Outbound SMS through a third-party gateway is billed at cost, and payment-processing fees apply to card transactions. Unusually large storage or AI volumes beyond plan limits are handled as part of an Enterprise agreement.
Card payments are processed in USD through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). Enterprise customers can pay by invoice on agreed terms, tell us your billing requirements and we will set it up.
All plans include email support during New Zealand business hours, with target first-response times that vary by plan. Organisation includes guided onboarding, and Enterprise adds a dedicated account manager and an SLA.
